Coronavirus Statement

As a critical business supplying goods and services to the distribution and garage equipment sectors, Stertil UK Ltd remains open and continues to operate an as normal as possible service during the current coronavirus epidemic.

The majority of our office employees are now working from home, handling customer enquiries and booking engineer visits, and our warehouse is functioning as normal so that we can continue to supply equipment and spare parts as necessary.

For our field based construction staff, we have implemented the Construction Leadership Council working procedures and delivered the Construction Industry Training Board tool box talks to all of our employees and contractors so that everyone can continue to work as safely as possible.

For our service engineers working at customers’ premises, we have also implemented all government advice limiting contact with people via distancing and eliminating the need for customers to physically sign off work wherever possible for the safety of our customers and our own staff.

Please rest assured that we continue to monitor daily developments and will amend our policies and procedures accordingly as the situation develops, so that we can continue to provide our essential services to our customers in the safest way possible.
