Research & Development
Stertil-Koni has a dedicated Research & Development department for vehicle lifts providing customer-focused product developments. Listening to market requirements and then translating these into new solutions is what they do.
For example in 2006 the wireless mobile column lifts were developed without any cables so the tripping hazard was permanently removed - a patented design development which has changed the product landscape in the heavy duty lifting market over the last 10 years.
Another example is the EARTHLIFT, with a unique Active Energy Retrieval System for re-charging the batteries upon descent and it doesn't stop there...
....the synthetic runner wheel system with a lifetime parts guarantee, microprocessor-controlled lifting systems, automatic fault diagnosis displays and programmable lifting heights, structures without crossbeams along with numerous other patented designs.
The use of such modern calculation programmes as FEM (Finite Elements Method) and the use of CAD systems has enabled Stertil-Koni to continually raise the level of lifting technology to even greater heights.
