The DIAMONDLIFT is Stertil-Koni's state-of-the-art high pressure telescopic piston lift. Optimum flexibility, productivity, durability and safe for the environment. The DIAMONDLIFT is available in a variety of configurations with 2, 3 or 4 piston configurations and two installation models: The DIAMONDLIFT Cassette and the DIAMONDLIFT Frame versions.
Both models are available in either a two, three or four piston configuration, with a total lifting capacity of 30,000kg up to 64,000kg respectively. The lifting capacity of 15,000kg or 16,000kg per piston, makes the DIAMONDLIFT extremely versatile.

The gravity engaged locking system enables easy service and can be accessed from floor level. All control components and power units are located in the above-ground console to allow easy access for convenient maintenance.
There is a choice between a Standard or a Continuous Recess™ version. The Standard DIAMONDLIFT has 1 or 2 pockets. Ideal for vehicles with less extensive undercarriages.
The Continuous Recess™ version with a broad base frame or cassette is recommended for vehicles with low ground clearance, for example city transit and articulated buses preventing damage to the undercarriage of the vehicle. The movable pistons can recess below floor level anywhere within the travel range.
Instead of utilising traditional rollers which may cause a high point load, the DIAMONDLIFT moveable lifting unit(s) with the aluminium trench-covering system travel on UHMW (Ultra High Molecular Weight) polyethylene slides atop a stainless steel guide which are extremely tough and durable thus maintenance-free.
The Stertil-Koni DIAMONDLIFT is the safest in-ground piston lift available for workshops. The standard gravity engaged locking has increments of 75mm with 21 locking positions starting from 220mm at floor level, which makes the inground lift ideal for tyre workshops.
The locking system can be used as a parking system. When you lower the lift into the locks it fully carries the vehicle weight, the pistons are free of any pressure and therefore there is no risk of unexpected lowering. Additional safety features:
The rolling covers of the moveable piston, for both DIAMONDLIFT versions are especially designed and made of anodized aluminium with a skid-resistant surface. DIAMONDLIFT rolling covers are capable of handling a wheel load of 6,000kg as well as a point load of up to 3,400kg on a 5 cm x 5 cm contact area, perfect when using either axle stands or transmission jacks.
The available horizontal travel ranges of the moveable pistons for the DIAMONDLIFT allow a variety of different commercial vehicles to be lifted.
